    Q: How do I receive my digital download after purchase?
    A: Immediately after purchase you'll receive an email with your Canva link. Click it to open your cards and get started right away.

    Q: Can I fill the cards out on my phone or tablet?
    A: Yes! Canva works on any device — phone, tablet or computer. You can fill out the cards wherever is most convenient for you.

    Q: Do I have to print the cards?
    A: Not at all! You have two options. Fill them out digitally on screen and email the completed card as a PDF. Or print just the pages you need and fill out by hand with your child. Either way works beautifully.

    Q: How do I send the completed card to birth mom or grandparents?
    A: A few easy options — email the completed PDF directly, take a photo and text it, or print and mail it. Whatever works best for your situation.

    Q: I only need one age/holiday card right now. Do I have to print all the cards?
    A: Not at all! Just fill out or print the ones you need right now. Come back next birthday/holiday and fill them out again. The file is yours forever.

    Q: Can my child fill out the card themselves?

    A: Absolutely — that's the whole point! Older kids can type their own answers directly into Canva on screen. Younger children can answer the questions out loud while you type their answers in for them.     A: No problem at all. You can print the card and mail it through your adoption agency, photograph it and text it or ask your agency to forward it on your behalf.

    Q: For the physical cards — how long does shipping take?
    A: We ship within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

    Q: Can I buy both the physical and digital versions?
    A: Absolutely and we love when families do this! Keep the digital version to fill out together every year and send the physical card to someone special in the mail. Both are available in our shop.

    Q: What is your return policy on digital downloads?
