How It Works

Adoptive parents log in through your agency’s plan.
They choose a card, fill it out (with optional photos!), and submit.
The completed card is automatically emailed to the birth mom, birth dad, grandparents, or your agency—whatever works best for your communication structure.
Families get gentle reminders throughout the year so important moments are never missed.

Q&A for Agencies

Q: How does this work for our adoptive families?
A: Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a login link for your families. They can log in and start filling out a digital card. They will hit submit and it will automatically be sent to the birth family. Quick, secure, and meaningful.

Q: How many families are included in my plan?
A: The Small Agency Plan covers up to 10 families per year. The Unlimited Plan allows access for all of your adoptive families.

Q: What if we go over the family limit on the Small Agency Plan?
A: No problem — we’ll just ask you to upgrade to the Unlimited Plan so every family can continue sending cards without interruption.

Q: How do we know which family belongs to our agency?
A: Each family fills out a welcome form when they first log in. That form includes the agency/attorney name, so all activity can be traced back to your agency.

Q: How are reminders sent?
A: Families fill out their child’s birthday month when they register. We send an email reminder at the start of that month, prompting them to log in and complete the card. Along with that reminder we will send holiday reminders throughout the year.

Q: Do families keep a copy of the cards?
A: Yes, a copy of the card will be emailed to them. Also, each family receives a hardcover Birthday Interview Book mailed directly to them. They can fill it out alongside their child each year and present it to them at 18 — a keepsake full of memories.

Q: What information do we need to provide as an agency?
A: Just subscribe to the plan that fits your needs, and we’ll provide the login link for your families.

Q: Can this be canceled?
A: Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Terms & Conditions (Subscription Use)

By subscribing to Birthday Cards That Connect, you agree to:

-Small Agency Plan ($49/month): up to 10 adoptive families per year.
-Unlimited Plan ($99/month): unlimited adoptive families.
-Each family receives their own login and may not share logins.
-If your agency exceeds the plan limit, you agree to upgrade.
-Content (cards, forms, templates) may not be copied, shared, or resold.
-Each adoptive family will also receive one complimentary hardcover Birthday Interview Book (ages 1–18) to keep for themselves. One book per adoptive family is included in your subscription. Additional books may be purchased separately.
